Dev builds lineup CLI to flag risky edits from coding agents before they hit a PR

A developer who uses Claude Code, Codex and Cursor daily is building lineup, an open-source CLI targeting the pain of reviewing agent output: a 600-line diff across 14 files may quietly edit config, delete tests, or touch auth code you never asked for.
v1 does two things:
- lineup diff: plain-English summaries of what the agent changed, grouped by intent instead of by file
- lineup risky: flags edits worth a second look — deleted tests, config/env changes, auth or payment code, new dependencies, files outside the task scope
It's not a PR reviewer like CodeRabbit; it tells you what your agent just did before it becomes a PR. The author is soliciting feedback on which edits to flag and how people review agent changes today.
