ChatGPT Pro subscriber says the promised $100/month API credits are impossible to claim
Elerein · reddit · 2026-11-01
A user subscribed to ChatGPT Pro ($100/month) for 6-7 months reports the advertised $100/month API credits simply don't exist in his account — no claim option in ChatGPT Billing or the API platform, despite meeting all documented requirements (subscription age, matching email, API org ownership).
OpenAI support repeated the chatbot's answers without investigating, then bizarrely started replying about an unrelated case involving someone named Catherine before going silent. Switching from Google Play billing to direct OpenAI billing might help, but support couldn't confirm that.
