Cyera, a data security company, is reportedly in talks at around a $20B valuation — roughly double its June price — after acquiring AI-agent identity firm Oasis Security for $1B.
The post also raises a pointed industry question: when your security vendor owns both the labels and the logs, who do you call? A concentration risk worth noting for data security buyers.
