Anthropic rolls out monthly Claude API credits up to $500 for Max and Team plans

Anthropic (@ClaudeDevs) announced monthly Claude Platform API credits for Max and Team subscribers: Max 5x gets $100, Max 20x gets $200, and Teams get up to $500 pooled. Credits work on any model including Haiku 5.5, in your own code or third-party harnesses.
A quoted reply adds a money-saving tip: Pydantic AI Gateway supports free BYOK, so you can route requests to burn these subscription credits first, then fall back to the gateway for excess usage — with spending caps for control.
