NIDO 0.1.67: offline Android AI assistant fixes 88 of 124 issues from full audit

NIDO is a fully offline Android AI assistant—no account, cloud, or network—whose knowledge packs cite official sources with exact quotes. Version 0.1.67-alpha follows a complete audit of code, security, storage, knowledge packs, catalogue signatures, tests and CI that surfaced 124 issues; 88 are fixed and verified here, the rest documented openly. The test battery now runs 4,711 passing tests (including a real encrypted-DB test that previously skipped itself silently), the catalogue signature now covers every promised model field, and the rebuilt Local pack adds emergency numbers for 69 countries.
