GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106-1 ships 15 fixes: applypatch preserves line endings of untouched lines in mixed LF/CRLF files; COPILOTPROVIDERGHESHOST accepts browser-style URLs; multi-line pastes after /clear, /new, /ask etc. keep formatting; interrupted copilot -p runs still write shutdown records; webfetch honors declared charsets so ISO-8859-1/windows-1252 pages stop garbling; citation sources persist across session resume; original refusal is returned when an org disables a Claude fallback model; plus WSL clipboard, rewind capture, and session-picker fixes.
