135 agents, 2,638 messages a week: swarm observability becomes a real problem
strickvl · x · 2026-10-31
Capy's firenoa shared an uncut video of their agent swarm in action: 135 agents exchanging 2,638 messages last week (data scrambled), noting that work has shifted from "one person with one agent" to "a team of people and agents."
strickvl amplified it with a take: Anthropic, OpenAI, and likely smaller players like PrimeIntellect are almost certainly building internal swarm observability tools — the data a swarm outputs is far beyond what one mind can parse, so teams need many different views to approach it from multiple angles. He promised to share more observability approaches he finds.
