Reddit to shut down RSS feeds on Nov 13, breaking local AI summarization workflows
JsThiago5 · reddit · 2026-10-31
Reddit will discontinue its RSS feeds on November 13, another step in tightening data access after moves like forcing logins.
The poster relies on RSS to fetch daily posts and have a local LLM summarize and answer questions about them — a workflow that will now break. Their agent already struggles to fetch relevant Reddit posts, and the community is discussing migrations and alternatives as AI integrations with Reddit get harder.
