Qwenputer embeds a full RISC-V CPU inside Qwen3.5-4B weights, runs C in forward passes

A project called Qwenputer embeds a complete RISC-V CPU inside the weights of Qwen3.5-4B, using the model's own Gated DeltaNet layers as RAM. It runs C and MicroPython entirely within the model's forward passes — no external runtime needed.
On DeepMind math benchmarks: the base model scores 55–90%, base + Python tool reaches 95–100%, and Qwenputer hits 97.5–100%. The demo spread with the meme caption "No, Neo. The model is the computer."
