CurieuxExplorer · x · 2026-10-31
Pika released H3 Flex, a post-trained version of its H3 video model built for professional iteration: faster than real-time in nearly every configuration, averaging 1.8x faster and 80% cheaper than H3Max (matched t2v/i2v/r2v comparisons, DiT time), generating a 15-second clip in as little as 7 seconds. It supports up to 4K resolution, up to 12 reference inputs, precision editing via references and prompts, and exportable audio stems for isolating any part of the soundscape. Workflow: draft at 768p, finish at 1080p/2K/4K; available via the Pika API.
