- Animate the character with H3 Max at 480p using a reference image plus an audio clip (up to 15s) — best at capturing acting and lipsync, ready in 45 seconds.
- Since 480p isn't production-ready, upscale the reference image with Magnific to improve skin and hair detail.
- Pair the result with the previous clip and run Kling 4.0 at 1080p for the final output.
