Sam Altman laid out his AI safety picture: not a single god-like AI, but a huge number of AIs only a bit smarter than humans, all checking and balancing each other the way people do in a healthy society.
He argues human society is robust because many players keep each other in check, and wants AI to follow that pattern instead of concentrating all intelligence in one place. Full video is on the "Cheeky Pint" YouTube channel.
