"Non-technical but your GitHub looks like this? I'll hire you": 12,503 contributions heatmap goes viral
kevinnbass · x · 2026-10-31
Kevin Bass boosted a viral post showing a GitHub contribution heatmap with 12,503 contributions in the past year — nearly solid dark green. The original poster declared: "if you are non-technical and your GitHub looks like this then I want to hire you." It's become a emblematic AI-era meme: with agents writing much of the code, relentless contribution records are the new résumé.
