Anthropic is renaming its Claude Max tiers: Max 5x becomes Max ($100/month), Max 20x becomes Ultra ($200/month); existing subscribers need to do nothing. Verified Ultra accounts also get the 5-hour usage limit removed starting today, while newer accounts keep a temporary limit until verified as an anti-fraud measure.
