Pika H3 Flex Turbo LoRA: 2-Step Drafts, 4-Step Output Beats Official
_akhaliq · x · 2026-10-31
akhaliq released Pika H3 Flex Turbo LoRAs fusing Pika's motion adapter with few-step distills for MiniMax-H3 into single standard LoRA files (rank-concatenation, no custom nodes), working in ComfyUI and Diffusers across bf16/int8/GGUF.
- Three tiers: 2-step draft, 4-step fast, 8-step HD; 2-step mode samples a 5s clip in 14s on H200
- Tests show 4-step Turbo LoRA on Singularity v2 is both faster and better-looking than the official 6-step Flex adapter, with synchronized stereo audio
- Workflow tip: iterate framing at 2 steps, render finals at 4 or 8; drafts occasionally fail scenes
