Anthropic renames Max plans to Max/Ultra and drops 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts

Anthropic announced Claude Max plan renaming: Max 5x → Max (still $100/mo), Max 20x → Ultra (still $200/mo), no action needed for subscribers. Verified Ultra accounts get the 5-hour usage limit removed starting today; newer accounts keep a temporary limit until verified, to prevent fraud and abuse.
