DeepLearning.AI and LangChain released a free 1h16m course, Loop Engineering with Deep Agents, taught by Sydney Runkle and Esmaeil Gargari. It frames four loops around an agent — the agent loop, a verification loop where an evaluator checks outputs against explicit criteria and retries, event-driven loops triggered by Slack/Jira events, and hill-climbing loops that improve the harness from traces across runs — applied to a requirements-review agent, with 8 videos, 4 code examples and graded assignments.
