SongForge: self-hosted web UI runs open text-to-music model YuE2 on a 12GB GPU

A developer released SongForge, an open-source self-hosted web UI for the open text-to-music model YuE2. Features include guided prompting aligned with YuE2's training, an ABC-notation plan→edit→render flow, side-by-side takes, full reproducibility, and an optional local Ollama lyric writer that shares VRAM. On an RTX 3060 12GB, 72s of music takes 220s (peak 9.3GB VRAM) using AR offload; full 4-minute songs take 12 minutes. Honest limitations: no stems/voice cloning/extension, no MIDI, Windows needs a 32GB pagefile, weights are CC BY-NC 4.0 (non-commercial).
