Ahead of Tesla's December 3 Annual Shareholder Meeting, the Board sent a letter urging shareholders to re-elect its three Class I directors — Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel — and vote for all proposals, arguing the company has "all the building blocks" for its next phase but must keep the proven leadership.
The letter cites supporting numbers: over $100B in trailing-twelve-month revenue, a 35,566% TSR since IPO, FSD (Supervised) passing 1.7B cumulative miles with a record 75% take rate in North America, and 10M+ vehicles delivered. It frames Robotaxi, Cybercab, Optimus, energy and the Texas Terafab fab as pillars of Tesla's next growth chapter.
