Serro Launches 'Agentic TPM' to Keep Coding Agents in Sync With Human Decisions Across Slack, Jira and GitHub
rohanpaul_ai · x · 2026-10-30
Serro launched an Agentic TPM (Technical Program Manager) targeting a specific failure mode of coding agents: they execute fast, but often on decisions people have already changed — miss one update and an agent can spend days building the wrong thing, burning tokens and engineering time.
Serro treats coding-agent failure as a coordination problem:
- Connects Slack, Linear, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, Notion, email and the codebase
- Maintains a versioned record of each program's decisions, owners, risks and history
- Updates coding agents whenever the decisions behind their work change
The launch page's core argument: the bottleneck has shifted. Engineering organizations produce more code, decisions and moving parts than ever — writing software is no longer the constraint; understanding what changed, why, who owns it, and what needs attention next is.
