Machenta shares that while Hugging Face LeRobot's SO-101 makes robotics hardware easy to start, getting a policy working still requires 50 demos and hours of training — their Instant Robot Learning approach works on SO-101 without that, pitched as "physical vibe coding" at home. The company is also hiring someone to build its model community.
