Pika launches H3 Flex video model: 15s 768p clips in 7 seconds, open weights soon

- Pika released Pika H3 Flex, a new video model post-trained on MiniMax H3, built for faster and cheaper generation.
- It can produce a 15-second clip with soundtrack at 768p in as little as 7 seconds, supports up to 4K resolution and exportable audio stems, and is aimed at professional iteration.
- It debuts as the #1 open-weight model on DesignArena's text-to-video leaderboard, and Pika says it will release open weights soon.
