ChatGPT's cyber classifier rejection UX confuses users into applying for Daybreak
jd_pressman · x · 2026-10-30
jdpressman complains that when ChatGPT rejects a request for being too hacker-y via the Daybreak Blue cybersecurity content filter, the error message only shows a generic "we take extra care with cybersecurity requests" notice with an "Apply for Daybreak" button — making it unclear whether you triggered the Daybreak-specific filter or the normal ChatGPT content filter.
