Hooking Kimi up to bloodwork via MCP: a Redditor mined years of lab results in one evening

A Redditor discovered that Goodlabs, his blood-testing service, exposes an MCP server, and connected it to Kimi through a local MCP client while building a personal biomarker dashboard.

Starting with old A1C results and cholesterol numbers, he spent three hours walking Kimi through multiple blood draws. The model linked dates and values and flagged slow-moving changes he had never noticed, admitting he usually just checks flagged items before closing the report.

He ends by asking what other non-dev data people have wired up via MCP beyond GitHub and filesystem tools — a low-friction example of pointing LLMs at personal health data, and a sign of medical services opening MCP interfaces.
