LangChain Core 1.7.2 ships notification metadata methods and merge_content fix

LangChain Core 1.7.2 is a small patch release over 1.7.1 with two changes:
- New methods: addnotificationmetadata and getnotificationmetadata for working with notification metadata.
- Bug fix: mergecontent no longer mutates the first message's content.
