Exo's Guardian recompiles and restarts agents out-of-band; devs discuss meta-harnesses

Martin Casado revealed that Exo's Guardian also recompiles itself and takes messages directly from the agent to perform out-of-band restarts and rewinds — effectively a supervisor process for runaway agents.
Developer blixt responded that he briefly used a similar harness, karna, liking its low latency but finding it hard to compete with top harnesses; he now uses his own "coce", a meta-harness layered on top of harnesses. The exchange points to a new direction in agent infra: guardian layers and meta-orchestration above the harness itself.
