shuding shares full prompt to make AI agents optimize web fonts with pixel-diff regression checks
shuding · x · 2026-10-30
Vercel engineer shuding shared the full prompt he uses to have AI agents speed up his blog's web font loading: shrink font bytes as much as possible without changing rendering, and prove it with before/after pixel diffs—any visual change counts as a regression unless explicitly approved. He also warns users not to paste prompts found online into their agents without reading them first (prompt injection risk).
