Wabi raises $55M Series A at $1.25B valuation to build a personal AI OS

Wabi, founded by Replika creator Eugenia Kuyda, raised a $55M Series A at a $1.25B valuation led by IVP, with a16z, Forerunner, Marc Benioff, Tobi Lütke, Dick Costolo and Marissa Mayer participating. Wabi positions itself as "an operating system for your life": a personal AI that unifies people, context and apps. Its two core bets: agents in human group chats need a new social contract (hence a dedicated app), and personal agents need rich mini-apps beyond a chat interface — a shared space to plan, play and get things done together.
