Mistral updates le Chonk (ML4), claims best open-source coding model

Mistral's Baptiste Rozière announced an updated le Chonk (ML4) on the API and Hugging Face, calling it the best OSS model for code: tied with GLM5.3 on the AA coding agent index while using roughly half the tokens, and the best OSS model on FrontierCode 2.0 and Terminal-Bench 4.0.
