Even with Daybreak on, Codex still blocks legitimate malware-analysis workflows

User @craiu reports OpenAI's guardrails tightening over the past two days: even with Daybreak enabled, Codex refuses various tasks. A screenshot shows a legitimate malware-analysis skill (safe sample-handling, YARA validation workflow) being blocked with the message "This content can't be shown. Some cybersecurity requests are still limited, even when Daybreak is on." A concrete data point that safety classifiers remain overly strict on security-research requests despite Daybreak.
