Gemini rolls out in-app document generation and editing to all users worldwide

Google announced that Gemini's document capabilities are now available to all users in all supported languages: you can generate, preview, and edit documents, PDFs, presentations, and spreadsheets directly inside Gemini.
- Turn handwritten notes into a PDF study guide, tweak content manually, highlight sections for Gemini to edit text or visuals, and ask follow-ups
- PDF preview and editing work on both web and mobile
- Other formats (Google Docs, Sheets, Markdown, TXT, slide decks, code) are web-only
