Machenta's 'one-person factory': robot assembly line taught in 2 minutes with sim-trained model
chris_j_paxton · x · 2026-10-30
Machenta demonstrated a 'one-person factory' using Instant Robot Learning: three bimanual robots collaborating on packaging, taught in 2 minutes instead of weeks of system integration. The robots use different cameras and teaching modes but share one end-to-end model, trained 100% in simulation on objects it never saw. Chris Paxton says this is what a 'real-world Claude' should look like.
