From Oracle's Oct 28 investor day deck: compute capacity goes from 1GW (FY25) and 3GW (FY26) to a planned 10GW by FY28, with 850MW of the 7GW incremental build already completed in Q1 FY27. Remaining performance obligations jumped 4.6x in a year, from $138B (FY25) to $638B (FY26) — roughly $500B of new contracted business in 12 months. Using Oracle's own example of $11–16B annual revenue per fully ramped GW, the 7GW addition could yield $77–112B in annual revenue. FY27–28 are peak capex years, with self-funded positive free cash flow expected from FY29.
