A developer used Gemini Pro to build "Spatial Continuum," a reaction-diffusion simulator for tumor microenvironments, deployed as a Hugging Face Space (spatial-oncology-simulator).
The UI offers drug presets (Osimertinib/TKI small molecule, ADC T-DXd macromolecule) and sliders for vessel radius, screening length λ=√(D/k), normalized IC50 threshold and Krogh oxygenation limit, plotting radial concentration decay C(r) in real time — a neat example of using LLMs to rapidly build domain-specific science tools.
