How I turned Claude into a full ad agency with two connectors — one afternoon vs 3-6 weeks

After a month of daily use with clients, the author shares his upgraded workflow that turns one Claude chat into a full ad agency.
Workflow (one chat, two connectors)
- Higgsfield generates the ad creatives; Pipeboard builds the campaign in the Meta ad account; Claude orchestrates everything in between.
- Steps: study what ads already work in your market → batch-generate static ads in your brand's look → QC each against your business → build the whole campaign in Meta as paused → you review and press publish in Ads Manager.
- Comparison: an agency needs brief → shoot → editing → revisions over 3-6 weeks at $2,800–5,400 per ad; this runs in one afternoon.
- Tested on a client's AI dropshipping store Haluvo — screenshots show 5 draft ads ready for review — and iterated through two major versions over a month.
