Builder says 30+ AI agents running a video studio hint AGI may arrive as an organization

r0ck3t23 describes evolving a video editor inside Grok Bot into an organization of 30+ AI agents: director, producer, researchers, editors, 3D artists, fact checkers and QC, with some agents existing only to monitor and improve the others. They delegate work, challenge each other's decisions, and call Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Blender and dozens of other tools.
Key design points:
- A shared 'second brain': a structured cloud library of footage, research, scripts, tools, decisions and past projects. Old footage gets reused, mistakes one agent catches become lessons for all, and fixes become reusable tools — the organization accumulates instead of starting from zero.
- Self-audit: asked how to improve itself, the system audited its own architecture, consulted competing models, wrote new tools, and rewrote its own rules. One audit found quality checks that were believed to be running but never executed; it built replacements, planted deliberate defects, and measured whether the new checks caught what the old ones missed. When a frontier model's advice contradicted its own test results, it went with the evidence.
The author's takeaway: human intelligence lives in organization — millions of specialists coordinating, with writing preserving discoveries beyond individual lifespans. He doesn't claim this is AGI, but argues AGI may emerge the same way human intelligence did: as an organization, not a single mind.
