MIT develops injectable gel that may repair damaged nerves, restoring sensation
CurieuxExplorer · x · 2026-10-29
MIT scientists created an experimental injectable hydrogel that mimics natural body tissue and supports nerve regrowth and reconnection. Early studies showed restored sensation and movement—something traditional treatments rarely achieve. Still early-stage, but promising for future nerve injury treatment.
