Open-Source Keystone + Late Lock Workflow Cuts AI Video Color Drift from 6.4 to 2.9 in 10-Clip Chains

Reddit user roychodraws released an open-source ComfyUI workflow (clowncontextsuite) attacking cumulative degradation in chained AI video generation, where each clip is made from the previous one and color/sharpness drift compounds.
How it works:
- Clown Keystone: grafts a single-frame latent from clip 1 into every subsequent shot, pulling each back to clip 1's baseline look without affecting motion.
- Clown Late Lock: sits between Keystone and the sampler — the first 4 sampler steps stay free so the shot decides its own motion/pose, then locks to Keystone's frame, avoiding pose pull-back.
Measured results (10-clip chain, 20 frames from end of clip 10): color drift dropped from 6.4 (no Keystone) to 3.9 (Keystone front) to 2.9 (Keystone + Late Lock capstone), with over-sharpening also reduced.
The author provides exact join parameters (17+22 frame cut, Overlap 39 / Join 22 in Seamless Video Combiner), a full example workflow JSON, and is recruiting beta testers.
