Dot adds iMessage texting for photos, voice memos, and now videos — no app needed
blakesamic · x · 2026-10-29
Personal AI assistant Dot released the ability to text your dot, even over iMessage.
- Send voice memos on the go, take and text photos, share your location on iPhone, or fire off requests without opening ChatGPT or any app.
- The author adds that you can now also text videos to your dot, which comes in handy.
The author notes it feels oddly different managing things by texting your dot — likely because you're interfacing the same way you talk to other people.
