Your model saturated your applied eval? Just deploy it, says xeophon
xeophon · x · 2026-10-29
xeophon answers a common dilemma: what do you do when the model you trained saturates your applied eval? His answer is blunt: deploy it.
The reasoning: if your eval closely matches the production environment and the things you actually care about, saturation means the model just solved a problem you thought was way too hard—so use it rather than obsess over building harder evals.
