Instagram head Adam Mosseri: negativity around AI is 'going to get worse'
The Verge AI · rss · 2026-10-29
Instagram head Adam Mosseri said on the Colin and Samir podcast that many people genuinely dislike AI — not just young people and creatives. Asked about college students booing tech CEOs at graduation ceremonies, he said there's a trend of "more anxiety and more frustration and more anger about AI," particularly in creative industries: "It's not only getting worse, it's going to continue to get worse," with frustration that is partly founded and partly not. The interview coincided with Instagram's launch of widescreen and long-form video.
