Robotics startup Dollhouse sublets Marina office as humanoid work needs less space

Dollhouse founder Carlos Ponx is subletting the company's current office in Marina—4 minutes' walk from Fort Mason, 2 minutes from the water, next to a Safeway, with a great landlord.
The interesting part is why: the space was originally taken because experimental humanoid policies need dedicated room, but the tech has matured enough that he no longer needs this much space—a side signal of embodied AI R&D moving past the "stack up floor space" phase. Photos show multiple empty offices and a meeting room.
