Family-aware All of Us benchmark for polygenic prediction and genomic ML released

Reticular researchers released a medRxiv preprint introducing a family-aware benchmark for polygenic risk scores built on All of Us v9. It assigns entire family units to fixed discovery/calibration/test partitions, reserves first-degree relatives for within-family evaluation, and separates models trained on AoU-only data from those using external GWAS summary statistics — enabling fair, leak-free comparison between PRS and machine-learning methods.
