A user documented the counterintuitive model selection in the new unified ChatGPT: to access the Pro model you must pick GPT-6 Sol and set reasoning effort to maximum (GPT-6 Astra Pro). Selecting GPT-6 Astra directly only gets you Ultra, not Pro. Screenshots show the "Select effort" panel mapping Sol to Extra High and Astra to Pro — a naming/level mismatch confusing paying users.
