User burns through OpenAI's $100 weekly quota in under 10 hours

A user complains that without constant resets and "web cheese," an OpenAI subscription's weekly value evaporates fast: he burned through a "$100" plan's week in under 10 hours using Sol and Terra, and it's still slow.
Screenshots of OpenAI's Plan limits page show quota shared across Codex, Work, Workspace Agents, and Excel; a single "Summarize Astra assignment" chat consumed 103.65% of the weekly limit (GPT-6.1 Sol 39%, GPT-6 Astra 34%, GPT-6.1 Terra 26%), mostly at High/Extra High effort.
