Artificial Analysis officially launched AA-PersonalityBench, a benchmark measuring the personality and communication style of AI models, with full methodology and live results.
- Method: A panel of LLM judges compares answers to the same question pairwise across 30 personality traits, rolled into 8 indexes: Expressiveness, Organization, Informativeness, Transparency, Warmth, Conviction, Imagination, and Slop
- Programmatic metrics: 21 communication characteristics (response length, structure, punctuation, emphasis) are measured programmatically
- Public samples: 5 public questions (Humorous, Truthful, Structured, Sycophantic, Eloquent) show model answers and per-question grading
- Scores are cross-model percentiles of trait Elo z-scores, covering Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, Gemini 4 Argon, Muse Wonder, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, and more
