Perplexity ships new voice mode on web: full voice navigation and multi-session control

Perplexity CEO Arav Srinivas announced a new voice mode for Perplexity web, built with the multimodal team: natural back-and-forth conversation, full voice-based app navigation, and working across multiple sessions at once. It runs on GPT-Live-1, with more improvements promised. His take: voice is the natural form factor for using computers.
