ServiceNow Expands OpenAI Partnership Across Models, Security and Agentic Development

ServiceNow announced an expanded partnership with OpenAI spanning models, operations, cybersecurity, and agentic development for customers and employees — helping organizations build applications, resolve IT requests, and respond to security issues with enterprise context, permissions, and approvals.
OpenAI also joins as a founding member of ServiceNow's Control Tower Alliance. CEO Bill McDermott framed the tie-up as "a new chapter of business reinvention"; the promo reads "Ask in ChatGPT, get it done in ServiceNow."
