SceneBloom: diffusion-generated 3D rooms beat real scans with 1.7× navigation gain
Lianhuiq · x · 2026-10-29
SceneBloom uses diffusion models with an agentic pipeline to generate realistic, physically valid, executable 3D indoor scenes for training embodied AI. Compared to equal-size real scans it delivers a 1.7× navigation gain, zero detected mesh collisions, and cuts contract violations from 37.45% to 4.25%. Qualitative comparisons vs Holodeck, SceneWeaver and SAGE show better semantic coherence and physical plausibility. Paper, code and project page are available.
