Interactive filters for TF–motif interaction data: family, source, and confidence
jmschreiber91 · x · 2026-10-29
Bioinformatics developer @jmschreiber91 details new features of a TF–motif interaction tool: motif databases store TF+motif links from ChIP-seq-like experiments, but can't answer which other TFs bind a motif, so connections are augmented by tomtom-lite inferred similarities. New filters let users focus on in vivo data only, specific TF families, certain source databases, or confidence levels.
